If you are in need of public safety telecommunicator assistance from outside your agency, AZTERT is available. It is not necessary to be a participating agency in order to receive assistance during an emergency. 

To request TERT assistance, follow the steps below. 

The following forms MUST be completed by the PSAP requesting assistance and submitted to the local County Office of Emergency Management for review and approval BEFORE being forwarded to the State Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (AZ DEMA)
